Rest assured it is being investigated. And, Management are aware.
I've hassled them about it before when I got an e-mail response from their tech support that assumed I was a PC user.
You just have to read their monthly mail out with lots of PC tips and tricks, and the odd (often incorrect or pre Mac-OS X) Mac tip.
But hey, I never bother to call support unless my connection's broken, and all the other ISP's I've used are worse than WestNet with regards to Mac knowledge anyway :) At least WestNet replied to my e-mails.
