Inspite of two back ups I lost iTunes,iPhoto, and Entourage emails.After the fifth attempt and two hours and forty minutes install I now have a mangled copy of Tiger. As a cynical old veteran I know I have no comeback from Apple( yes I did read the fine print carefully) but it seems that you need an independent back up (not Disk Copy) removed from the machine. Has anyone any knowledge of dud install disks from Apple?
