Good chance it might be like the Dlink I had. Everytime I would try audio chat, the router would crash. I have swapped to a Netgear and have no trouble with audio chat. Any chance you have another router or modem to try?
Yes, my D-Link has the same problem, despite the firmware updates and DNS changes recommended by various sources.
