Hi all!

Congratulations to Mr Tran from Melbourne for being our lucky
newsletter subscriber for May-05. We have a huge end of the year with
some great specials from Zytech.

First cab off the rank though, you will no doubt have heard about the
'engagement' of Intel and Apple. Apple plan to introduce the intel
processor in their Macs beginning June 2006 with the expectation that
all Macs will have moved across to Intel by the end of 2007. Its a big
leap of faith to move away from the PowerPC and Steve Jobs says that
Intel have the best 'roadmap' for the next 10 years. Its going to be
very interesting to see how the wedding goes and whether they will
successfully consumate the marriage! All I can say is I'd hate to see
the pre-nup!

Apple have realised that with speed being an ever increasing issue,
they have progressively lost ground with their competitors
advancements, and I believe the move will ultimately swing more
consumers over to Apple which will lead to more profits and more being
spent on R&D to keep Apple out there leading the pack. That can only
be a good thing surely (?)

As the end of the financial year is fast approaching, we've focussed
this newsletter on specials, but you'll have to be quick as these
specials are only valid for orders placed until 30th June. Have a look
at these:

iPod (any model) into a mini stereo. The sound is fantastic. The unit
folds up for ease of portabilty as well and can be run either from
power or batteries (power adapter included). Then there's the cool blue
lights, but you'll just have to get one to see what I mean!
