SSH failed passwords?

I was trying to connect to a xxxx.dyndns.org server and couldn't work 
out why my password wasn't working.

Under closer examination I noticed fumble fingers had typed in 
dyndnsD by accident.

I was curious as to if the failed login attempts (passwords) are 
capable of being stored and thus if this was some kind of evil 
phishing site for the careless typers - I've changed my password for 
good measure anyway...
