G'day folks,
I have a G4 ibook that has all of a sudden lost both USB ports.
Everything was working fine and then all of sudden both of them are
dead as a doornail... I suspect the better half has been a little
heavy handed when disconnecting the USB keyboard however...
.... the local Mac place quoted me $1200 for a new motherboard!!!!..
So now I face the dilemma of buying a new imac/book for a few hundred
dollars more and then keeping the ibook as a non-usb 'puter..
Anyone else found a different fault that may not require a new
motherboard?
