Thank you for this response. It confirms the stories in the archives.
However, I was looking specifically at webcams so if anyone out there
has used or is using a non-iView webcam I would be pleased to hear
about it.

Has anyone had success with a webcam that is not iView in OS X 10.2.
The archives seem to address attaching DVD cameras.
I've been to the sourceforge site and noted webcams supported.
What I would like to know is has anyone made it work.
