Powerbook cooling stands

Has anyone used either of these notebook cooling stands which have  
fans in them: iBreeze or Techworks. Yes I know there are other ways  
of raising the notebook to ensure air circulation but I am just  
asking for any experiences of these two stands. The quietness of the  
fan is of equal importance to the efficacy of the fan.
