Hi James,

Do I need Quicktime Pro to do this?

I have Flip4Mac installed but any Audio buttons are greyed out. I thought
Flip4Mac was free but I see they want $29 for it. I have no record of buying
it before. So perhaps my old version no longer works.

I downloaded the latest Trial version of Flip4Mac and installed it but still
Quicktime says it cannot play the MOVIE.
