I have issues at work, ohh your on a Mac. That's probably why it's broken..

Only iiNet actually have a dedicated Apple Mac support line which is great,
when other ISP's finally get techies trained out of the narrow minded mind
and train them in multiple platforms including some of the GUI *nix versions
will we get support worthly of clapping..

Thanks, David Moyle

Bob,

Thanks for your reply. He is connected through an ethernet ADSL modem.

I would think that Amnet has changed something at their end and is
suggesting that it is a Mac thing?

It is not a biggy....just curious.
