Hi Paul and others,

I too use Reunion 9 with both Leopard and X 10.3.9. I have no doubt that
Reunion will be able to import successfully your current data in PAF. I
assume that PAF will export its data in GEDCOM format, in fact I'm almost
certain it will because, if my memory serves me right on this, GEDCOM is a
standard based on the Mormon's genealogy record keeping.

If you want to be 100 % sure then, as suggested by the previous two
correspondents, create a small export file and send it to any of us users of
Reunion to try.

I also use another application here called Heredis. Originally all my data
was exclusively on Heredis, and have just recently exported my two files of
some 1,500 and 1,200 individuals as GEDCOM to Reunion, both successfully. I
run both applications in parallel, but don't ask me why. I must be a
masochist or something.....

I used PAF many, many years ago on an Apple IIc!! And just only recently
threw the discs away.

Good luck and if you purchase Reunion, you'll be in good campany!!!! Ask
Peder and Warren, I'm sure they'd have nice things to say about it.

Kind regards,

Philippe C.
