Help for the Dark Side
A friend from the Dark Side is using Outlook express as her mail
client. She was trying to send mail to my wife but nothing arrived
and she was getting the undeliverable message. We visited her and
found that the address in the address book was correct but double
clicking on the address produced a dialogue box of personal details
but not a new email form. Consequently she entered the name manually
in a new mail form - and therein created a common spelling error -
hence the nondelivery.
Is there a simple way of getting an address from the Address Book
into a new mail form, other than cut and paste?
