I have been experiencing incredible slow performances and crashes with
Time Machine since installing 10.5.2. A real mystery but now solved.
Turn off Virus protection when doing a Restore!! I have Intego Virus
Barrier X5 and there was no problem under 10.5.1
Hope this posting may save others some grief.
