Hi all, For electronic applications, I would recommend the high-purity isopropanol spray bottles from Dick Smith or Altronics (as mentioned by Antony and Paul).
It looks like Iscol is a rubbing product diluted to <70% solvent. This is like the old trick of diluting ethanol 50%/50% with water — for skin-contact applications or as an economy for large surface areas. Dilutions must be rubbed thoroughly ensure evaporation of the added water, whereas pure alcohols can be used with minimal or no rubbing. The spray nozzles of the Altronics and ISO PRO are quite convenient for many applications, especially with nooks and crannies. If you are using ispropanol for general cleaning, you may find that alcohol alone is not the best solvent. In this case, you can first clean the area with water. In electrical situations you would use distilled water (which has fewer contaminants than regular water and hence is electrically non-conductive). But if you only have plain water, then pure isopropanol is handy as an after-treatment to de-wet the area and remove contaminants.
