The document appears to suggest that you should only record content from TV
then watch it at a later time, but _not_ create a library or collection of
recordings. It also says you can't lend out any recordings you make, so
anyone who lends Merv a tape is still breaking the law(?).

You also still can't make legal copies of your DVDs for your iPod, but you
can with CDs and music?
