if your looking for wireless solutions .....
I'm using the Microsoft Notebook Mouse 5000 on my 3 macs--- it's a
"laptop" style mouse (small) but only took a few hours to get used to
it and now prefer it to a full size mouse. was less than $80 office
works (it was about $2 more than the bluetooth Logitech (which again
is a smaller sized laptop style mouse))
battery life is very good, outlasts my Apple bluetooth keyboard by
about 2 1/2 sets of batteries
Only catch is it is fast... really, really fast... at default settings
moving it about 2 cm is enough to send it from one side to the other
of a 20" screen so you need to pull the sensitivity down in the
preferences to minimum
