The Transmit Rate 36 means your PowerBook is operating at "g" level speeds. 
Only Mac models released starting in 2005 with 802.11a or 802.11n built in can 
connect to 5GHz Band.
The Network is using Channel 1
RSSI -73 is the signal strength.  RSSI = Receive Signal Strength Indicator
