Hi everyone
This is something I've never seen before. My son has a large 2TB USB
drive with movie files on it. It has started unmounting and remounting
itself. The first message is the usual one "you're attempting to remove
a drive which hasn't been unmounted - you may lose data." However, the
drive then remounts itself, and then removes itself a few minutes later.
etc.
Is this a hardware problem with the drive enclosure? We've changed
cables and that doesn't seem to be the problem.
Any ideas?
