Hi James, No the top edge is about 2 cm down from the menu bar. Yes I can drag it to the top of the screen but it bounces back immediately I let go.
By holding it up there I can see the bottom of the list but can¹t do anything because I am holding the cursor on the bar! Frustrating. I have tried various combinations of keys while dragging but nothing helps. I even re-installed the application but still it bounces back down the desk-top. Palm Desktop is the only application that does this.
