Hi Stuart, I don't think you can, however if you look in the Help manual for mail under the backup / restore section you will find instruction how to migrate mail boxes etc. Migration Assistant usually should have moved all preferences include mail account. If you have the accounts, you just need to move the mailboxes manually.
