I read the Apple site this morning and am desparate to get one as soon as I can due to a malfunction in my 3G one. However, I just checked the Apple site again - .com and .com.au and it's back to headlining the iPad. Click on iPhone and it's the 3GS. Please tell me I didn't imagine what I saw earlier.

Good to see the new iPhone 4 supports the 900Mhz 3G frequency that Optus uses outside the metro area, so finally those of us on this cheaper network will be able to get full 3G speeds outside of town.

hurrah!

Facetime video calling looks pretty cool as well, though you have to be on wifi for it to work.
