Hi Callum: I have an iTunes USA account. My husband has an iTunes Australia account.
When it comes to apps, we don't have the same access; of course not with content like movies either. If you are syncing with a device like an iPhone, you will only be able to do that with one account I think...so your friends may need two iPods or iPhones or iPads--one for Indonesia and one for Oz.
