My mail problem is now fixed. The iinet support system worked very well. I haven't had to use support for a few years now - that's a plus for iinet, isn't it. This morning I got straight through to someone in Sydney - I haven't had such an instant response since my first years with iinet back in the late 90s. I had to reinstall my Mail and then it worked. The problem was irritating. The solution was very reassuring.
