Hi Bill, When you set up Skype you have to set a Username & Password. The message you are probably receiving is: "Skype wants to use your confidential information stored in "Skype" in your keychain. Do you want to allow access to this item? The choices are: "Always allow" "Deny" and "Allow"
Select "Always Allow" and you won't receive this message again.
