Just had a play with a new one down at the new MAXstyle Myree store, which I am very impressed with, lots of room and all the apple goodies on show and very friendly and informative staff.I must say I am very impressed with the new air. Very fast and enough power to do almost anything. We had over seven different programmes running including safari and it still had enough power to run imovie with ease. It of course would not replace a desk top and if I was travelling with one I would take a small portable hard drive if I planned to take a lot of photos, but for me, its a winner
Anyone interested in a near new 13" MacBookPro ? ha

Connecting to a 3G card is a pain as the slot requires an extender cable. At least they have given an extra USB slot on the new one. Remote DVD share has been disappointingly slow. I have cloned my install discs to USB keys which works well.
Start up/shut down is great. Super light in luggage. Keyboard is fab. New trackpad will be awesome with this format.
Overall they are lovely but I would recommend the Pro over them anyday.
