The iPad does not and ‘most’ probably never will support Flash. 
The iPad supports HTML5 Video.


There are a few 'work arounds’, but they all have serious limitations.
When you buy an iPad, you implicitly accept that you'll never be able to play 
Flash, Apple never made a secret of this.

You can try Skyfire ... some like it most don't.
