Or you can use one of the many turn-by-turn GPS Navigation apps like Tom Tom or 
Navigon or MetroView etc etc.  Just go to the navigation section in the App 
Store.

I have used Navigon a fair bit in the past and it compares very well with my 
Garmin Nuvi 7600 dedicated GPS.
