Hi Stephen, Do you have another Router (an ADSL Modem/Router) that is making the connection to your ISP? If so, you could have both Routers handing out IP Addresses. If you have another router ahead of the TC, you need to have the TC in bridge mode to work correctly on the network. First thing I would suggest you check is if you have the 'Time Capsule Network' set to Bridge Mode. Open Airport Utility and check that she has ‘Connect Using: Ethernet & Connection Sharing: OFF (Bridge Mode) . 1. Open Airport Utility 2. Double click on the Time Capsule Network (in left column) 3.
