Says you can subscribe to a podcast of Garrison Keillor's monologue, The
News from Lake Wobegon, but it won't include the whole show with music etc -
this is the same as, say, Margaret Throsby's show on Classic FM where you
can download her interviews but not the music:

So it seems you just need to pick one of the Public radio stations that
transmits A Prairie Home Companion.
