I'm using a Belkin N300 300Mbps I have my iphone between the MacPro and the mouse.
I use a 6MHz phone but only just bought it. You see, I can't even reply to your testing as it is working perfectly again!! Next time it jerks I will move it closer. Tried changing mouse mats etc no difference. I think it is software related.
