at least with the *iphone5* i have to wait, as i only can upgrade my phones in 
Dec without any cost...

If you are not in a great rush, perhaps might be worth waiting a little longer. 
I still have the original 64GB Wi-Fi 3G iPad and waiting for the iPad 4 ;-)

There have been reports that Apple will launch two new tablets during 2012: a 
smaller "iPad Mini" September 2012 and "iPad 4" October 2012.
Will Apple do this? Well we don't know for sure... :-)
