Hi Susan,

Even though Telstra's 4G frequency is not available on the iPad, nevertheless 
as near I can make it the new iPad frequencies of 850MHz and 2100MHz still 
offer some speed improvements in Australia. The give the user access to a HPSA+ 
which, while technically not 4G, it is much faster than 3G. Here is a quote 
from an article on the subject in the Australian
