Hi Jewels Do you have any custom Visualisers installed at all? (from the iTunes View menu - Visualizer). (normally only 5 by default). Does it give an error message at all? You can also check Console (Applications - Utilities), as that may also list where the issue is coming from. Quit iTunes then wait a few minutes. Open Console, then open iTunes (noting the time), then go through the steps for the error to show, then jump over to Console to see if anything has been written to the Log (system.log) at that time onwards for error messages. It can also be related to permissions issues on your Users -Music folder (or iTunes folder), and I "think" once before I had an issue with a folder missing from the Users - Shared folder as well. Or something similar. Trying to rack brain over what that one was,… There were a couple of other fixes, and I'll try remember them a well.
But that should be a start. Try that and see how you go.
