Hi Ronni,

I know it has taken me a while to get back to you but I have been slowly 
working my way through things. It was quite painful as the problems didn't seem 
to be stable. Today I did a bit of a growl at hubby and a new antenna has just 
been installed and I now have all channels coming through on full strength. I 
should find out over the next couple of days if the rest has sorted out too. 
Apart from missing channels the most annoying was scheduled recordings, if the 
tv was on and o the correct channel then ok but if it needed to start up and/or 
change channel it would try but nothing record. Tomorrow's Eggheads scheduled 
recording will give me the all clear or what.

Again thank you for all your helpful suggestions, them and you are greatly 
appreciated
