Hi Peter, No I haven’t started it up in Safe Mode. What should I do start it in safe mode and keep it in that mode for how long to see if the problem occurs in safe mode? Should I operate the same apps as I was using before when the iMac froze or is it sufficient just to start up in Safe Mode and then close down and go back to normal?
