1) Yes same Macbook that had Malware
2) Yes, crashplan has been excluded since last time

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013)
MacOS Sierra 10.12.1

I'll try your fix soon...though may have to be when I get back from
conference in Canberra in a couple of weeks.
