Maybe there was also some docs inside the code itself, since I think I read a lot more about this technique than what is written on that website. Anyway, I wonder how this code could fail... As I understood it, it is exactly created to handle the problem we want to solve. No idea why it should be called ever 1ms or something. (SDL doesn't even have a timer more precise than 10ms afaik.)
