#2309: Water appears in mountain recessses after loading saved game

When I was reporting this issue: http://developer.wz2100.net/ticket/2308,
I saved the game and then tried to reload the saved game to see if the
issue persisted. When I reloaded the saved game, all of the mountain areas
that once displayed shadows between each mountain peak now display water!
In the attached screen grab, you can see on the mini-map that there should
be not water in the area, yet water is prevelant all throughout the
mountains.
