I can confirm that the patch adjusts the line of fire code to account for the 
"ray cast." But I may be wrong. In any case I don't think buildings should be 
tampered with at all for 2.3.6 or 3.0.

>From what I remember, the AI does a raycast to determine whether or
not it should fire or continue moving closer. The patch most likely
fixes that raycast, so I don't think this specific concern will be an
issue.
