#4807: Multiplayer always Desync in master [2+2=5]

 How to reproduce in 1 PC:
 1. Compile or Download from build bot lastest master
 2. Download any side map, for example: http://addons.wz2100.net/279
 3. make two clean game root dir: mkdir -p wz1/maps wz2
 4. add new map to one of those dirs (or both whatever)
 5. run two game clients:
 warzone2100 --configdir=wz1 &
 warzone2100 --configdir=wz2 &
 6. Create a game with a non-built-in map
 7. connect each other
 Or simple use two different PC's

 This appers only after b0ea637fee35246eeba5106fb986cb5873e69641 patch.
 The problem concerns only third-party maps.
 Overall - multiplayer now unplayable.
