Hi Jarmo, thanks for your answer. I saw that ffi requires Ruby version >= 1.9.2, but I have 1.8.6. The win32-process we have tried are 0.6.2, 0.5.3, but it still does't work. The following is the complete list of installed gems. I can provide you more information, please let me know
