What you are trying to do is quite difficult - to raise funds for a project, without claiming to represent the project, or claim ownership over it. Hopefully my comments here will help make sure everything works well.
So, firstly, I think the site is well done, sensitively handled in relation to the project. You could, and should, mention more clearly that Wave/WIAB is an Apache project, and add trademark attributions at the bottom of the page (e.g. Apache Wave is a trademark of the Apache Software Foundation). Take a read of [1] and make sure what you've done fits with what's described there. Then, send a link to your site to trademarks at apache.org, and get them to review it. Then, make sure that the contributions that you make get into the Apache SVN tree. If they don't get there, then they're not really contributions. Otherwise, a well done site!
