Vote result is failure as expected. (Though, I only got an actual vote from 1/6 PMC!)
Tasks left to do: - Change wave logo in war/ to the open-wave logo, and add trademark. - Fix licensing on anything rat still complains about. If anyone wants to do this, feel free. Otherwise, I shall do it and submit RC3 tomorrow morning. (Probably). Ali
