This is a great idea Thomas.  I've actually been working with a
university on the concept of a consortium with a shared IP concept for
those developing around the Wave technology (no requirement that you
have to be using FedOne or all of its components).  Let's start with a
Wave to capture those interested and we'll take it from there. Here's
