@kai yes you are right it was influenced. However I'm willing to bet money on they didn't really think they were being swayed when they were designing it. In fact I don't think they designed so much as fleshed out.
We are all influenced by things around us. Sometimes too influenced. Sometimes we get so set in a way of doing things.
