I supposedly just received the last in the series of Columbia House videos to preview and buy. The thing is, I thought there were supposed to be 10. I only received 9. I was hoping if I list the 9 I received someone could tell me which one, if any, I am missing. But now I have the "official verification". Hope everyone has a happy and safe holiday season. The good news is our very own Mrs. Hubcaps Lesh (Ellen Corby) is #1 in this poll as TV's favorite actress (for her role on the Waltons). The only other TAGS actress listed so far is Angela Cartwright who had a minor role in a few episodes as Mary, Lester Scoby's and Sam Muggins' daughter. Maybe we could select our favorite TAGS actress and hit this poll too. As an update, while TAGS is still #1 in the favorite TV show poll http://www.freevote.com/booth/tiko2favseries with 2615 votes, I must warn everyone that The Dick Van Dyke Show has risen meteorically from #10 to #3 in just a week or so. I don't know if there is a national club for this show or not, but a group of people somewhere have been hitting that show's vote counter frequently and consistently. At this rate, it will surpass TAGS as the #1 show in just a few weeks. Let's not lose our #1 spot! Visit this site daily and hit TAGS with 5 votes each day. That should keep The Dick Van Dyke Show from surpassing us. See you in the funny papers, (Ha Ha), Dennis "Mayberry" chapter Knoxville, TN ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 26 Dec 1999 08:38:52 EST From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Andy at Walt Disney World Our family just returned from Walt Disney World and I was reminded that at the Disney-MGM Studios section of the park there is a place where head sculptures of several movie stars are on display. One of the stars with a sculpture is none other than Andy Griffith. Of course I had my picture taken standing next to Andy. If any of you are at Disney World you might want to stop by that part of the park. Other stars with sculptures are Walt Disney and Mary Tyler Moore. I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and I send best wishes for a Happy New Year.
