I'd like to know time slots and if they are starting with the first show and showing them in order... I'll be gone for the weekend of New Years and need to get the VCR set up... Thanks and Happy New Years to everyone in Mayberry... In the pilot episode that also served as an episode for The Danny Thomas Show, she played Danny's daughter. He was stopped by Andy and she was with them. Indirectly she was on the show. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 28 Dec 1999 14:58:42 EST From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: wbmutbb-digest V1 #48 Hey to all the Mayberrians out there. I just wanted to give everyone some info. I was in Walmart last night and found a box set of the best of Tags. it has 12 uncut episodes complete with epilogs. Of course I just had to buy it especially since it was only 19.96. Walmart's everyday low prices. lots of luck to you and yours and all have a Happy New Year Charlie ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 28 Dec 1999 14:47:25 -0500 From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: TAGS CD game Finally my WalMart got in the TAGS trivia computer game! It's in an orange box, a CD and costs $14.95; it's by Mayberry Enterprises. So you all know what I'm gonna' be doing on New Year's Eve! Glad to hear that Joe Doss and family got to visit MGM while here in Orlando. The Opie chapter members got to be present when Andy was here for the induction into the TV Hall of Fame; I shook hands with him but his manager didn't allow any autographs. It was a thrilling moment and he was so nice and has such beautiful hair! Of course we've had our picture taken with the bust of Andy every October to commemorate the show's anniversary; we've even crowned him with a laurel wreath and put up a banner. Passersby always question us and want to get in on the fun! Happy New Year to everyone in Mayberryland! Secondly, how do I order them? Thanks Cathy S. a.k.a. Skippy. I heard that Andy and Don will be on Biography next week, but I'm not sure what day. Has anyone heard anything? I may have missed it. I was flipping through the TV stations and happened to see a commercial for next week's shows. Andy and Don were one of them. Thanks! I'd appreciate it. Laura Lee Hobbs> The state police come to take her away. She immediately starts flirting with one of them, the same way she had done with Andy and Barney. Andy witnesses the flirting but doesn't say anything. I think we're supposed to understand that he just realized that she never had any interest in him at all, but was only coming on to him in order to (hopefully) escape. - --Paul ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 28 Dec 1999 20:52:09 -0600 From: "Paul Mulik" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Frosty >From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] It was a special treat to catch the Frosty the Snowman cartoon sequel (didn't catch the name) featuring the narration, singing and animated depiction of our own Andy Griffith. > The title is "Frosty's Winter Wonderland." An LP was also produced; they turn up on eBay all the time. It's worth around $15 - $20. For you young folks, an LP is a 12-inch vinyl record. You know, those big black round things your grandparents used to play before the CD was invented. - --Paul ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 28 Dec 1999 21:58:39 EST From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: wbmutbb-digest V1 #48 >It was a special treat to catch the Frosty the Snowman cartoon sequel >(didn't catch the name) I think that it is "Frosty's Winter Wonderland." ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 29 Dec 1999 01:13:40 EST From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: A&E Biographies on Don and Andy Don Knotts' Biography is on Tues. "The Andy Griffith Show" will air every single night at 10pm ET/7pmPT...and 1am ET/10pm PT. "Gomer Pyle" will air weekdays at 10 and 10:30am ET/7 and 7:30am PT...and again at 1:30am ET/10:30pm PT. The TAGS episodes will NOT be completely uncut, but they also probably aren't going to be as cut up as some other channels have shown. Most of the episodes probably will not include epilogues. But the prints TV Land is using will be extraordinarily clear and clean looking. They may run special events with complete episodes from time to time. ------------------------------ End of wbmutbb-digest V1 #49 **************************** ************************************************** ~ Visit our sponsor ~ Weaver's Department Store ~ http://www.mayberry.com/tagsrwc/weavers/ ************************************************** To remove yourself from the WBMUTBB Digest mailing list send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the following command in the body of your email message: unsubscribe wbmutbb-digest
