>>>Two things I've been thinking about lately (even without my bucket). There
are so many episodes that include dancing. Were there any major charactars
who did not dance??? I can only think of one or two possibilities. So
that's the first question. Who did not dance?<<<
I don't remember ever seeing Floyd dance or Otis as well as all of Andy's
pre-Helen girlfriends. I know he talked about going to a dance with Ellie,
but they never showed it.

Malcom Merriweather was also in the episode where Andy wants to give Aunt Bee
a break from all the works she's doing. She doesn't take to kindly to
someone
else doing her work.

Hey Gang,

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of somewhere to
find a complete listing of movies (made-for-TV, big screen, etc.) that Andy
Griffith starred or appeared in. I have a few on tape and try to keep an eye
out for them but would like to have a list of them to see how many there are
and how many I have versus how many I need to be looking for. By the way, 3
movies starring our beloved sheriff will be on this week. On Wed. May 23 @
1:00pm central standard time (CST), "The Girl in the Empty Grave" is on TBS,
"Deadly Game" is on Thur. May 24 @ 1:00pm CST on TBS, and "Winter Kill" is on
Fri. May 25 @ 1:00pm CST on TBS. These movies are shown pretty regular on
TBS but someone might want to record them for prosperity. 'Til next time...

I've really enjoyed reading about everyone's favorite one-liners. Here
are some of mine: "That burial plot alone is worth a fortune."; "shut
that deputy up sheriff, he's gonna get us stoned to death."; "just put it
over there by that leg of lamb." Thanks and happy motoring.

I don't know if it's been said yet, but I always liked " Two

Hi all!

I'm with Crystal M. when she related how happy she was to get TVland. We are
both on the same cable and I was tickled pink when my hubby told me it was
now on. This may seem strange to some, but the first two episodes I watched
I saw scenes that I'm sure I had not seen before. That makes me more excited
about watching...trying to see what I have missed all these years.

Have a great day!

Here's another favorite:

"...and what about Aunt Bee and Opie?, You know they don't speak a word of
South American."
