I hope everyone else had one too. If anyone out there missed Mayberry days this year, you missed a wonderful time, for me it was a little too cool, but I guess I need to tell that to Calvin Coolidge. It was so good to see everyone. I can't wait for next year. The only negative thing I have to say is, I'm pooped!!! Mainly from having to do all the dirty laundry we brought back home. Allan, again you did a great job at Mayberry Days along with David, I did miss Phil not being there, but you guys still made it a lot of fun for everyone. Thank you for what you bring to Mayberry Days. I want to thank all of those that made the silent auction such a success, what a great event. I'm hoping that it'll make a new one soon so I can be sure that it's working correctly. If you're interested... The problem we had in getting things working was that there were 4 different problems and everytime we thought we had it fixed...we'd find another problem. I'm hoping that now things will be back to normal so we can all visit here in our little corner of Mayberry the way we're are use to visiting. It's always fun to hear what folks think AND we can pass along stuff to the Surry Arts Council that might be helpful at future Mayberry Days.
