We're gettin' to that! We're gettin' to that! ;) Please don't give me a rude!
I was just paraphrasing my sweet Ernest T.! (Y'know, I take off on Ernest T. I
can't do William Holden - he talks like everybody else. But I can do Ernest
T.!) I don't know of any references to Hawaii but then I don't know any of
Connecticut either. I'm going to have to get my TAGS tapes out! I hope
everyone's Thanksgiving is nice and Mayberryish!! :) Lisa

Subject: Cane prop
I believe I remember the old man whose home Ange and Barn were looking
into as a site for the summit meeting having a cane in his hand when he
confronted them on his front porch. Seems like Ben Weaver (the one in
the Christmas and Burt Miller episodes) once held one too. I personally
don't trust all of these e-bay sellers; I suspect many of them are
opportunists (folks who pull themselves up by YOUR bootstraps LOL!);
their COAs are just forms they've come up with themselves and wouldn't
mean anything in a court of law. I have bought some wonderful items but
then some have been questionable. As usual, buyer beware!

Ten years! That's a long time in Internet life, huh Allan? To be a
part of all ten years with you has been a pleasure in my life. Normally
around this time of year, I do my own unofficial "state of the bulletin
board" message. But you have stated it well. I never thought we'd go
this long with this thing. And the ONLY reason we are still here, and
talking in a harmonious manner, is because of you Allan. And I'm sure
that the support of your lovely wife Jan has played a part too. So,
congratulations to you, and to Kathy Jo, and to Jack.
